injured in car wash

What is the name of your state? colorado while exiting a drive thru car wash, during the drying mode, my sunroof shattered in, cutting my face and my infant. do I have any legal recourse?

Talk to an attorney. At a minimum someone is at fault for the sunroof shattering, and for the sake of others who might get even more seriously injured than you were, that responsibility needs to be determined.
