What is the name of your state? Massachusetts.I was injured on a commuter boat in late August 2003.No one helped me and my son 1yr old.I slipped and fell down the steep steps on the boat.I went to hospital and reported injuries to the company. They took statement and the consultant company said they would contact me at the end of Sept. 2003.When I called them he said he did not file case with insurance company yet.Told me to contact him in 2 more weeks.What should I do?
