What is the name of your state? IL
As a result of an auto accident in which a 3rd party strucky myself and another passenger, the following injures occured:
1) A 7 inch gash on the top of my head which resulted in 25 staples
2). Broken rib
3). Diagnosed as having PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder)
4). Broken foot
Are these deemed fairly serious? Any precedent history wise in terms of what such injuries result in payment wise-should we pursue the case legally?
note; the 3rd party received a ticket for careless driving and his insurance company admitted full liability.
