KY ins. agent commits felony

In Kentucky what charges can be filed against an insurance agent who illegally places mail in insured's mailbox. (In attempt to cover his tracks) Postal Inspector not going to pursue since he used a stamp. I know this is a felony, but he will be charged on civil level as part of ongoing lawsuit for fraud, bad faith, breach of contract and more.

You need to report the agent to the states insurance commissioner. They control the licensing of all insurance agents, adjusters, etc. His license can be revoked through the Admistrative Law process. Make copies of all your proof and forward it to them. If they feel that a crime was committed they can initiate a criminal investigation as well as an admistrative one.
