What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state Indiana. Being sued over medical bills that are supposed to be paid by my insurance company.I cannot get needed medical care because of Outstanding Balances.I have talked to my insurance agent about this matter. Only to hear that after a settlement is reached they will pay. how can i make a settlement offer if i don't know how much more Medical Attention i will be needing. I thought i had a Contract with my Insurance Company. How do i find out what legal forms i need to file lawsuit. Thank you
