After an auto accedent in Mississippi the insurance company decided that the policy was cancled. They stated that the canclation was sent out but, I never recived the notice. Called the Bank where the Car was financed and they never recived the notice either. I have been faxed a copy of the letter that was drafted on 10-11-00 but the accedent occuered on 10-3-00. Need some major help. They car was totaled and the insurance company will not pay. I have not recived the premium money as well. Please help.
