What is the name of your state? California

I was involved in a rear end accident couple of months ago. The at faults party insurance company werent willing to pay for any of the damages because the insured person wasnt driving the vehicle, but his son was. Well I got a lawyer because they werent willing to pay and my insurance company was taking forever. Well i recently recieved a check for 375.00, but it takes 600-700 to fix the damages because I recieved 3 estimates and they were all around that price. What should I do?
