Insurance Company not paying

car was hit in Kroger parking lot by hit and run, she later returned. her insuance company has paid to repair our car but is now refusing to pay the full amount for the rent car. you have to report it to YOUR insurance company and they would have handled this...

when you deal with it yourself... EXPECT to get ripped off!

For all the know it alls our insurance company was notified and informed us they could do nothing- now what mr know it all

well did you sign a release? what did you sign?

was it stated anywhere the payment for fixing the car was the FULL payment?
