Your insurance policy says what it means, and means what it says.
If you put your kids on your policy, expect your premiums to skyrocket. If they want to drive, then they are old enough to pay for their own coverage.
If they get into an accident in your car, your policy will not cover them or you, whether they are at fault or not.
