What is the name of your state? Georgia

Hi..
In Georgia it's simple, if you drive you must be covered by insurance. My son in fact is covered on my policy, but last night a "know it all" made the statement that according to law, if your child has a licence he MUST be included on the parents policy, while under the age of 18. I don't believe this as 4 years ago, my daughter was on my policy, but due to 2 speeding tickets, had her license suspended in which case the insurance company no longer would insure her at all and she had to get her own high risk policy.. Can anyone clear this up for me??

Thanks..
-Rob
