| Insurance liability North Carolina.
Iwas involved in an auto accident in which the other driver was cited for running a red light and his insurers have admitted full liability. My injuries will probably be long-term and I want to claim adequate compensation to cover myself, but don't want to lose out by trying to demand too much if the other driver doesn't have sufficient "bodily injury" liability cover. How can I find out what level of cover he has (and possibly a copy of his policy) and is there much point in taking court action against the other driver to recover any greater amount than his policy allows, given that he may not have any assets to liquidate if judgement is made against him? |
