Insurance Payoff

What is the name of your state? IL

was a passenger in a car that was hit from behind. My back was sore for a week and I went to the doctor. The insurance is offering to pay for the doctor, 1 day pay and 75.00 for pain. Is this fair ?What is the name of your state?

No, by brother was offered 500.00 for being hit from behind, the next day Geico called him and asked him how he is feeling, he told them he has a headache and that he is sore, so they offered him 500.00 and he took it.
