Insurance premium increase

What is the name of your state? CA

I received a notice from my insurance company that they are increasing the premium for my policy "as a result of a driving incident, or incidents...". They show that I had 2 minor citations and 1 accident. I can understand the accident part, but can they use the citations against me when both tickets were dismissed? I thought that was illegal. Any info would be greatly appreciated. What is the name of your state?

You need to contact the DMV. The tickets are showing up on your driving record, which means that they have not been dismissed. Then, you can ask your insurance company to re-order your reports.
