insurance company gave me a quote for my daughters totaled car and it is 2000 less than actual paid for and we have had 3 days of pain and suffering. what claims can i approach this with to get full amount of value and pain and suffering and post traumatic syndrome and is ther such a thing as something for depriciation value claim

The insurance company is only required to pay you fair market value, not what you paid for the car. Go to www.nada.com and find out what the FMV of your vehicle is.

You need to prove P&S and the other items in order to get reimbursed for them.
