The other persons insurance Adjuster has totaled my truck what guide lines do they follow to make payment for my lose. And do I Have to accept what they offer my truck was parked when hit.

You will be made an offer of what they consider to be the fair market value. You can accept the offer or reject it and hope the offer will be raised, which rarely happens. You should be prepared to provide any documentation the the value of the vehicle may be higher than the offer. Receipts for extra cost premium items and dealer and private party ads for similar vehicles work well.
