I am a teenager in Washington state, where the new intermediate liscensing laws are about to come into effect. (7-1-01) And while I am 18,I can't help wondering if my Insurance will be effected since I did not go through this program. Perhaps it will look unfavorably towards those who are not as well trained, even though I am accident and ticket free, and have been driving for a year. I am worried about the effects this could have, especially when determining liability. Any help would be appreciated. (^-^)
