Irear Ended(not My Fault)-no Insurance

I WAS REAR ENDED. THE DAMAGES AREN'T BAD, BUT I STILL WANT MY BUMPER FIXED. I DON'T HAVE ANY INSURANCE. CAN I FILE A CLAIM ON MY OWN OR AM I OUT OF LUCK?

Sure file a claim against their insurance company, and when they report you to motor vehicles for not having insurance, then your license will be suspended.

Fix it out of your own pocket with the money you saved by not having insurance, and be VERY grateful that you still have a valid driver's license.

mc, does the other guy know you don't have insurance?

this may be a game that you have to carefully play...

most people won't report you to the DMV if you don't file a claim, which should be the best for you because a fixed bumper isn't worth a year without a license.
