JP Small Claims admissible evidence, DWI

What is the name of your state? TX Harris Co

I have a JP court date coming up, where I had to file suit against the negligent party that caused a major 4 car accident. I had picked up the TAB on all property and medical. 2 weeks prior to the 2yr limit, her insurance has suggested I file suit against her, if not, then the claim would lapse.
I have recently found, in public record, she has had two prior arrest and 1 conviction of DWI within 4 yrs of this accident.
Can I introduce this evidence, of prior conviction and DWI arrests, since the cause of this accident - according to the police, was that the negligent fell asleep at the wheel @ 7:30 am Friday am in heavy stand still traffic, while travel at a high rate of speed. I believe she was on the sauce again.
