Judgement Against Me

In September of last year there was a judgement made against me for a wreck ( not my fault ). I made a payment in September that would have covered 4 months but they said they didn't get it and the other day they cleaned out my checking account. I was wondering can they also take vehicles that I have in my name too?

No. They are only allowed to take monetary assets. They are not allowed to seize property.
