Judgement options

What is the name of your state? Texas

Hi - This is my first posting.
I was severely injured in a motorcycle accident several years ago (hit from behind) and the driver of the car was uninsured. I had only the minimum insurance and no un-insured motorist coverage. The accident was the other drivers fault and she was ticketed, I spent two months in the hospital and another year in rehab. She was sued, and I received a judgement in the amount of $1.5 million dollars. The attorney told me I'd probably never see a dime. The at fault driver worked at a topless bar and that's who the attornies went after because the driver admitted to the police that patrons of the bar had bought her drinks even though she was under age at the time. Apparently, there's no law's in my state making bars liable for their employees, blah blah blah.

My questions are:
Is there a statute of limitations on judgements?
How do I go about garnishing wages or placing leins on this person's property?

Thanks in advance for any and all help.
