Jurisdiction question

What is the name of your state? MA

Hi everyone,

I was recently involved in and injured in a car accident. I am a resident of MA, and the other party to the accident is a resident of CT. The accident happened in CT. I think that the proceedings have to happen in CT because of this, but is there any way that I can have it moved to MA?

If anyone knows anything about this, I would really appreciate some help. Thanks.

Sorry, but CT has jurisdiction because it happened there.
