Just brought my car home without inspection

What is the name of your state? MA

Well today after going to the dealership to bring home my 06 tC, where I had about 3 hours of waiting because of registration/insurance issues of which none were our fault, they told me that I would need to come in tomorrow for the inspection however they still let me take the car. Everthing else was fine. So I was like ok, since I thought (I was wrong about this though; my fault) he was talking about some "Toyota Inspection". However after I finally came home and told my parents about it and when they took a look at the car they noticed the sticker wasn't their. I didn't even notice it wasn't their.

So now I have to go back to the dealer first thing tomorrow morning which is about a half-hour away so they can do the inspection and then I am free.

Now the problem is the police. Would I get pulled over? How big of a risk am I taking? And if I do get pulled over and use the exclamation above, would they let me go?

I guess this could be partially my fault but I wish the dealer could have atleast warned me about this. Damn!, and I wanted to do some cruising tonight too!

Depends. Do you have any outstanding warrants?? If not, then they will probably let you go right after they give you the ticket.

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

You have to admit... those were some pretty ridiculous questions, huh??

I guess they were a "little" vague however I was pretty pissed at your response. But then again you probably used to all of these vague questions asked that you get pretty pissed, huh? It's all good now though.

Anyways I figured it out without your help might I add.

I'll get exactly 7 calender days after registration of vehicle to get it inspected according to the Mass. RMV.

This will probably be my last post here since I will most likely never run into any legal issues again.

Peace.

Its not a toyota inpect, its state, class a mis. which in mass is at most gas stations. Punishable by a MM year in prison. Best bet is to have it towed to the the dealer. Why take a chance
