I live in Idaho...On a snow covered road i lost controll of my truck and hit a parked car. It was late at night and snowing very hard So i went home and chose to come back the next morning. I was not drinking, or doing anything to cause the accident i just had some bad luck. Should i try to fight this or should i just pay the fine?? IF so, how much is the fine and what will it do for my insurance?
