i got pulled over for speeding and is it even legal for them to without locking their radar on me...theres alot more to it then that but i asked him to show me where he clocked me and he said he didnt lock his radar on me

The officer did nothing wrong. And why would he waste his time pulling you over if the citation could be easily dismissed?
