Not enough background information on the driver and passenger. There are many aspects to figuring "General Damages" - - not the least of which is age of persons, type of work they do, what exactly was injured, their loss of enjoyment of life, are there residuals, and many, many, many more aspects.
It's not just a matter of multiplying the medical by three.
Nice try, but it looks like your "daughter" is going to fail.
Oh, and by the by, what type of "school class" has your daughter doing personal injury settlement workups?

she wont fail anything.. its only extra credit that SHE wanted to do for a class.. (her boyfriend was in a wreck not long ago and she was wanting to see how they decide how to figure things out)
the information you gave on things will help her tho..
and my "daughter" thanks you... guess with all the crap that goes on you cant believe that some kids in high school want to do extra credit and find out things on their own...
