Legal Malpractice

What is the name of your state? Nevada

After waiting 5 years to get to trial and losing due to incorrect jury instructions, I recently found out that my attorney failed to file the proper responses in time and my Appeal is now closed.

My trail was over 18 months ago and I have ben waiting and waiting. I consulted another attorney and he feels the case has merit. I understand about the hurdles involved in winning a malpractice case. My question is: Is there anyone out there willing to either do "Pro Bono" work or take this on a contingency?

I was laid off due to 911 and simply cannot afford to pay anyone $350 hourly.

My attorney asked for $285K in damages at trial. I would be willing to split damages received.

that might be your best bet in finding an attorney in your area...
