What is the name of your state? NH

If someone uses my house as their legal residence and they are involved in an accident, legal battle etc. can the court system or other party come after my house as a result of this?

Any help is greatly appreciated

There are several instances where they could possibly seize your home, however, simply using your address in the scenarios you outlined here is not one of them, unless the other party is on the deed.

Those situations where your house COULD BE seized would be the manufacture of drugs, using the home for Illegal drug sales or prostitution or as a gaming house, among others.
