my friend was hit by a car making an illegal left turn and his car was totaled. it has taken the insurance company over two weeks to process his claim. i have been letting him use my car. can we bill the insurance company for a reasonable rate per day? he is under 21 and has a bad driving record, so it would be almost impossible for him to rent a car any other way. thank you from Houston, TX.
