letter from insurance comany

Hi, my husband was involved in an accident that was deemed his fault two years ago this April. I just got a letter from our insurance company that the person he hit has now hired an attorney and is looking to sue, and for me to send them any information I may get involving this. The letter further goes on to say that they will continue to try to resolve this matter. I know that the lady he hit was driving her mothers car and was delivering pizza for Dominoes. I know my insurance company gave her a rental car and replaced the car that was wrecked and I would assume that they covered the medical bills too. What usually happens next? Are there things she can sue for that my insurance company may not pay? I guess what I am asking is should I worry..? We are your regular middle class people. Not much to take.
