My wife drank some questionable water from a local drinking fountain at a park. The water line had just been repaired a week ago and wasn't purged of the pvc pipe glue cement. My wife is 3-months pregnant and we are concerned of the contaminents that might be in the water. I have a water sample I saved and the city is supposedly testing the sample I gave them. Would the city be totally liable for all outcome of this?
