What is the name of your state? Texas

What recourse do I have if the insurance claims adjuster charge me as part negligent in an auto accident caused by the other insured motorist. The insured went against the flow of traffic by stopping then reversing his vehicle without observing whom might be in behind him. I abruptly stop and sound my horn to alert the insured of the impending collision. There was enough distance between the two vehicle too avoid the accident. The impact happened alongside the driver's [me] front panel.

I argued my case to the adjuster to no avail...the adjuster insist I was negligent due to the angle the vehicle was hit. The adjuster is willing to settle the claim...agreeing to 80% rather than 100% of all damages and expenses relating to the accident.

Please HELP

If you have full coverage, make a claim with your insurance company. If not, you may require the services of an attorney to fight the other party's insurance company.
