I bought a motorcycle, the bank set me a letter indicating that my loan was paid in full & the title w/signature releasing the lien.
I have the title in my possession and a letter indicating that my loan was paid full. But my account still shows a balance on my monthly statement from the bank. I've written a letter and mailed it w/a copy of the title and letter they sent, disputing my remaing balance. If they don't zero my balance out will I still have to pay the remaining balance they say I owe ?
