What is the name of your state? i reside in ms. i was crossing a 5 laned highway and was hit in the rear passenger tire and fender just as i was about to completely clear the intersection. the policeman only issued citations for non insurance and stated that they left it to the insurance co. to determine fault. as there were no insurance co.'s to deal with the other party has been calling wanting me to pay them blue book value on their car. but what to do? i need some advice as to my next course of action, please!
