I am a healthcare professional in southern Ohio, and I have been looking for any articles there may be in respectable legal and/or insurance journals that address the topic of the importance and necessity of objective evidence in documenting various facets of personal injury claims. I'm not really going after the "pain and suffering" aspect of things, but just having good, documentable proof of impairment. Thus far, I haven't had any luck. Perhaps I won't, but that's why I'm posting.

If anyone might know of any such journal (or, better yet, any such article), please kindly post a reply to this thread. If you have any input, otherwise, please do likewise!

Thank you very much!

In frustration,

Jayson
