Our family is currently interested in obtaining a lawyer for our son's accident in Arlington, VA. We are not from that area but were advised to obtain a lawyer there since that person would be very familiar w/ the judges, etc. I have searched and made several inquires to the lawyers on the Find a Lawyer site but have not received any responses. We are interested in a lawyer who has a background in sueing for personal injury...we hope our son may be reimbursed for the pain and suffering he has had to endure, lost wages since October and to pay the medical expenses. The case has already gone to court and the person found guilty of causing this accident was 17 at the time, uninsured, the car he was driving was not his and also uninsured. I appreciate any advice on a real "kick butt" lawyer to help us out!
