my boyfriend of 10y was rearended by a 18 wheeler doing a
100+ he is filing a lawsuitwhat i wont to know is there any
legal ground for me i am left paying bills carrying in grocites and doing without a walk in the park i know tennessee does'nt honor common law marriage but there has got to be a way

Sorry. The law does not protect, nor intercede on behalf of, unmarried couples. If you were married prior to the accident, then you'd be entitled to loss of consortium.
