I was involved in an auto accident, classic rear ended scenario on the freeway in stopped traffic. The frame of my car was bent, dents on roof, windshield broken, etc. (I was hit and thrown to the vehicle in front)

My insurance co. says that the car is repairable, but it has lost a lot of its resale value, I wouldnt' want to drive it again. Am I stuck with selling a lemon??

Should I forget about my insurance co. and file claim against the insurance co. of the motorist that hit me?
