If a resident of Oklahoma is rear-ended by a resident of Montana in Louisiana. The insurance company only paid $10,000 for the property damage due to the Montana policy limit. No one was injured. Louisiana has the no play, no pay law. What state can the oklahoma resident sue in if they can take the Montana resident to small claims court for the unpaid property damage. I am from oklahoma
