Well I was involved in a car wreck.The other person was at fault.The insurance adjuster offered my a small settlement,I didn't think much about it because I don't know much about what is fair or not fair.I did say ,yes to the offer ,but have not recieved the check.Can I change my mind.He has never sent anything through mail for me to sign yet.My close friends say that is not enough.Someone else was in the car with me they offered him $500 more than me,I also when to the doctor more than him.Do I have to accept the check.
