What is the name of your state? ne. douglas county. called 911 and reported the accident. waited 1 hr. before exchanging info. police later came to my residence and issued me a ticket for leaving the scene? they said they have no record of a call being made. i have the business and employee that heard me make the call! what the heck am i to do???
