malpractice

around seven years ago i was to have a simple lapascropic surgery. instead the doctor almost killed me by cutting a bleeder on my lower left abdomen which resulted in blood clots. it took 3 weeks of very painfull treatments. during the procedure he ended up making an 18 inch incision down the middle of my stomach. now i am having colon trouble and severe pain in my right side. every doctor i have seen has been shocked at the scar and say that my pain is mostly caused by all the scar tissue is pressin on my other organs. i just wanted to know if it is to late to do anything leagaly about this doctor.
thanks for your time,
glenda cary

UH have you ever heard about lawyers?

they are here to help you in a time of need...

but that time of need was 7 years ago, when YOU had those painful treatments..... so dont expect anything today for your laziness in getting justice.

you could see a personal injury lawyer, consulatations are FREE, and they get 1/3 of the money when you settle, but the statute of limitations has passed most states its 2 or 3 years,.....sometimes its 2 years from the time you notice the injury.

So next time you have ANY problems, see a lawyer!

PS.....thats why you should see 2 or 3 personal injury lawyers THIS WEEK and find out...

You might get lucky....

You know lawyers are not that bad, MOST lawyers if you have a good case that could involve lots of money, will work on a percentage of the winnings.

YES i had a great case against a landlord for an illegal sublet, and went to 3 lawyers the first two were $25 each for a consulation through the local bar association, and the 3rd agree to do it for 25% of the winnings...which was great since i was out of work at the time, and the LL wanted to evcit, he wanted the apartment back for his own use.
