| california this guy runs over my sister in law not once but twice and the police don't even give him a drug test she was in the middle of the road he hit her from behind 2 cars going the other way both plainly saw her he hits her says he thought he was side swiped by another car but continues on down the road at least a half mile before turning around starts back the other direction in the mean time 2 cars stoped to help her tried to flag him down while standing next to her he says he saw something in the road thought it was a large dog but ran it over anyway and drug her 40' back down the road police charged him with nothing we won a civil suit against him but what we really want are criminal charges does anybody know if this is possible |
