mandatory parole?

Exactly what is mandatory parole? Can the system put you an a mandatory parole term after you have earned your good time? I don't think so, but what are your opinions? Does anyone have good law that can help?

Mandatory parole can occur in states that follow certain sentencing structures, which include terms on when parole is allowed/when mandatory/when unavailable.

These all serve to serve justice; doesn't mean it works.
