Good morning, 2 questions. 1st, I recently received and interrogatory. There are many ?'s Im sure how to answer. e.g. Is going to a chiropractor considered seeking medical treatment/attention?
2nd, I had a '88 VW Fox in 2001. It was towed & crushed by the city, who alleged the vehicle wasn't registered. Everything was current. I sent several letters to the city, got no response. After going through some mail during moving to another address, I found a copy of the letter. Is there a statute of limitation for suing for the loss of my vehicle? Thanks
