What is the name of your state? kentucky

My daughter attends a beauty college that will not delay or close school due to weather conditions. If she misses school, it prolongs the amount of time she must attend. This also means it will cost her more money.

As a result, she left this morning in snowy conditions. When she left for school, she slid into 2 other cars that had already hit each other.

Due to the nature of the school rulings, is there anyway I can pursue damages from the school, considering I would have had her NOT drive due to the weather?

Thanks,

No, you and her made a personal choice to drive.

Life is like that, you always have choices to make, this time it was a bad choice.
