What is the name of your state? Florida
My daughter who will be 18 in Oct. moved out of the house about 2 months ago and is living with a friend. She has a car titled in her name only. I recently found out that she has no insurance on this car. She didn't pay and they cancelled her. The insurance was in her name only also. If she were to get into an accident would I still be held liable? Could I be sued since she's still considered a minor? I've tried to make her park the car but she refuses and since it is in her name my hands are tied. Do I have anything to worry about?
