Minor rearended me...help!!!

I was waiting to make a right turn and this minor rear ended me; obviously, wasnt paying attention. Minor didnt have any insurance info on person(car belonged to granparents) and I called the cops. I had my 5 month old in the car and luckily everyone was ok but my truck has a lot of scratches and gauges.
We wait for 1.5 hours; repeated calls to 311 does not produce a cop to the scene. Meanwhile call my insurance; obtain the minor's Driver's licence info and Ph number. My baby needs food (which I was on my way to buy) was bawling; I HAD to leave the scene.
Now, my insurance told me that it was a 'no fault accident'. THe minor's family hasnt called back with their insurance info. What can I do to get reimbursed for repairs?

You will need to find out who the grandparents have insurance with and call a claim into their insurance co. Since you don't have a PR this may be more difficult. Do you have collision coverage on your policy?

You could turn it into your insurance co. under your collision coverage unless you want to wait and find out who the car was insured through. You then can call a claim into their insurance co. not yours. This may take longer to get your car fixed but may save you from paying your deductable. If collision is used then your insurance co. will either subrogate the other insurance co. and you will eventually get your deductable back. If no insuance they will go after the driver and grandparents directly.
