Motorcycle accident

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Tennessee
I was riding my motorcycle when a lady pulled out in front of me. I t-boned her flipped in the air and came down on my back landing on her windshield and hood. I did not go to the ER, but i did schedule an appt with my doctor from the scene. I have been to my doctor twice and am continuing care from a chiropractor. I want to setlle but the insurance company wants to give me a $750 for pain and suffering. I feel like I should be entitled to more than that. i am still in pain but dont want to drag this out.

Sorry. Does 750 sound right for pain and suffering? I think i should get more than that. I just feel like i am going to get screwed by not being compensated enough for the p&s.

Since you did not indicate that there were any permanent and serious physical injuries, the amount for pain and suffering would be zero.

If I am not mistaken, $750 is more than $0.

I do not have any permanent injuries that i know of now. Yes, I am having back pain. I have been on pain medication, anti-inflammatory, and muscle relaxers. My daily acitvities are hard to do i.e. work and tending to my baby son. I also have to lift heavy objects for my job which makes my back hurt worse. My back hurts just sitting here. THis is why i have been seeing a chiropractor and m.d.

You should not consider settling until your treatment is complete and you have the total amount of your medical bills and other damages available.
