Motorcycle accident on freeway

What is the name of your state? CA. My accident was on 10-18-03 about 480 days ago. The major injury i have gotten is a brachial plexus injury. My arm doesn't move. ok, i got in the accident boarding the freeway after going through a twisty onramp. I began going on the straight and was in 2nd speeding up. i seemed to hit something and went into a crazy tank slapper. When i say hit something i dont mean a dog or cat...i believe the road had something to do with it. Anyway since my accident the ramp and most of the straight have been re assfaulted. My medical bills were over $150,000.00. I think i also went on a chopper ride. the fact is most of everything i don't remember after hitting the ground. I would like to know if i would have a suit with the city?

Yes, I think a nice gray pinstripe will do well.
However, if you mean is the city somehow liable for your accident.... there is nothing in your post to even suggest that to be the case.
Sounds to me more like an inexperienced motorcycle rider who lost control.

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

My response:

The State, County and City is immune from liability under the Government Code for incidents and injuries caused due to debris on roadways. I'm sure you've already consulted an attorney about this, and have been told the same thing.

It's unfortunate that you didn't carry sufficient insurance.

Yes I have been told stuff similar. Come to think of it you know what i had bought a pair of race tires from this guy and they were already used. Anyway, i had them installed by motopro of oceanside. basically , i believe that to be fault for me falling. Those race tires each time you use them begin to hardin more. takeing longer to heat up each time you use them. they are , were track tires used at willow springs makeing the left side more worn than the right. my accident happened 6 days after having those tires installed.

Even more proof that you are at fault.
YOU spec'd the tires.
YOU bought the tires and had them installed.
KNOWING that they were for racing (not street use), KNOWING that they take longer to heat up, KNOWING that they were more worn on one side!!!
And yet, YOU decided to ride with them!!

As long as it is you, yes. You would be doing society a great courtesy if you would crash into a bridge column at about 100mph and remove yourself from the gene pool.
By the way, it is spelled 'dying', you idiot!!

I hope this message finds you well recovered. Don't let these folks get to you; and bring out the worst in you. I've been reading over posts and replies here on this site and it's quite appalling. Every once in a while a post will receive a reply from a well-meaning, supportive person. Sadly, the vast majority of the replies here are spiteful, motivated by evil. Probably the best that can be done for these people is to pray for them, and hope that the hate simmering in them is replaced with love and compassion. Most importantly, don't let them spread their hatred and anger to you; instead, be a kind example for them and spread good-will. May the lord bless you and keep you.

Kind of tells us something about YOU. You admit to "reading over posts".... and yet seem to find them "appalling". Simply, if you don't like the posts on this forum..... don't read them!!
Gee, even a 3rd grader could have figured that out!!

You have only been 'here' since yesterday!!! How many of these terrible posts have you actually 'read'. And if they were so bad, why was your only other post on this forum (yesterday) a whiney, pitiful LONG diatribe about your getting a ticket??
Clearly, you are either lying about reading these 'terrible' posts.... or 'confused' about their attitude.

And while you are praying, include the prayers that this idiot will somehow get beyond her 3rd grade 'dreamworld' of the reality of life. This is a LEGAL advice site!!

Okay, all together now.... everyone hug their monitor!!! Awwww....

Perhaps while you're sleep walking you'll mosey over to the drug store and pick up some fiber--sounds like you could use some (a lot rather). It's hateful people like yourself to which I was referring--you idiot!!!

And if you weren't so intensely limited, you may have noted the purpose of a legal forum. It's not for you to spread your hate and cynicism--it's a forum to pose legal questions, scenarios and share strategies and information. So, either contribute constructively, or shove off. Got it? If it's not clear, that means you (with your hypocrite tongue) can stop yapping like a scared, shaking, under-endowed Chihuahua in the corner and go sit quietly in the corner. Just because you have that little weiner doesn't mean that you to hate all of us! Play nice, now! We'll pray for you, and your little weiner.

Tell ya' what.... I will bet that I have about 100 "thank you's" for my posts to every one that you have. Never mind, you don't have any, do you??

You're the one who seems to stupid to stop reading a forum that you say is full of posts that are "quite appalling".

Simply, if you truly feel that the "the vast majority" of the posts on this forum are "spiteful, motivated by evil.".... why are you still here??
And yet, you call ME an idiot???

Then why are you posting your sophomoric 'droolings'

Damn, you are a legend in your own mind, aren't you??
You have absolutely NO power to remove me, make me 'shove off', or anything else. However, I DO have the power to kick your ass off the forum as I have done to LOTS of others. Wanna' try me??

Let me help you. It is "a person who professes beliefs and opinions that he does not hold". Now, don't you feel stupid!!

That quite right. That's exactly the definition of hipocrite I mean. You should review your own threads, posts and comments. Look, I don't know if you have multiple personality disorder , or what; but you definitely have some sort of disorder.

For whatever reason, you have elected to harass and insult me from the get go--without reasonable provocation. If you didn't like my post, or had no sincerely helpful suggestions regarding it, in your own words, you didn't have to read it (much less respond to it). That's hipocritical.

Have you even considered the fact that you have no idea who I am; yet you read the one and only post I had ever written, which detailed an incident and requested specific information, then you proceed to reply to it obnoxious, sarcastic and completely unconstructive comments. You tout yourself as someone who is here to help; yet, over and again I read comments from you which serve no purpose other than to belittle, tear down, degrade and/or mock the author. That's not helpful--to anyone. That's hipocritical.

In your thread "Obituary of 'Common Sense'", you infer that common sense would not hold the Ten Comandments as contraband; yet your behavior and spirit is so contrary to that set of beliefs. That's hipocritical.

That said, I've also observed that in some texts you have made lucid, intelligent, even constructive and helpful comments. The extreme shifts from one personality to the other indicate a possible multiple personality disorder.

Anyway, like I said, I don't know what your problem is, or why you've taken such interest in harassing me. I don't care for your negative attention, or your negative attitude. So, please do, pretty please, do shove off. I couldn't care less if you can and do "kick my ass off the forum"--knock yourself out, slugger. That's a classic example of how spineless, insecure overgrown babies behave when they're intimidated.

P.S. If you are in fact any sort of representative (which I doubt) or standard representation of this forum, then ostracism from this forum would be favored.

What is a 'hipocrite'?? According to my dictionary, there is no such word!!

BTW, I do love your name on this forum..... so you really, REALLY like 'A round flat bread of Middle Eastern origin that can be opened to form a pocket for filling'. I really enjoyed it when I lived in the middle east!!

Oh, geez, I bet your 3rd grade teacher is spinning in her grave over that one.
There is no such word as 'hipocritical'!!

And if you are just 'education challenged' and really meant HYPOCRITICAL.... you clearly don't know what that means. Let me help you... it means, "professing feelings or virtues one does not have". Since I DO feel that youare a waste of oxygen.... it is clear to even a 3rd grade dropout that your application of the word..... doesn't.

Your posts are sophomoric, whiney drivel.... just like you.
