What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
I am in Ky with a diagnosed cervical, etc sprain. No fault comprehensive coverage with 30,000 PIP. IF I am at fault, am I entilted to any of my own PIP in a settlement for "pain and suffering"?

PIP pays for medical bills - ONLY. Possibly lost wages depending on the plan language and state law. You don't get pain and suffering from an accident that you caused.
